DELIVERY

Jimjam Paris delivers worldwide, according to the following delivery conditions:

Shipping to Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco: For purchases of 100 € or more,

shipping is free of charge (Colissimo or Mondial Relay)

Delivery options:

- Delivery in Point Relais - 4,50 € (incl. VAT) - Delivery in Mondial Relay shops within 3 working days* 

- Home delivery, with tracking - 4,90 € TTC - Delivery by La Poste (Letter with tracking or Colissimo) in 2 to 5 working days*

- Express home delivery - 18,50 € TTC - Delivery by Chronopost before 1PM the next day for an order placed before 1PM

* Indicative delivery times

For customized products, a maximum of 5 days is required before shipping.

Shipping to other countries

Delivery to Zone 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, DOM TOM - 10 € TTC, delivery in tracked parcel, between 2 and 7 days 

Delivery Zone 2: Other countries - 20 € TTC delivery by recorded delivery, between 4 and 9 days

For parcels shipped outside of the European Union (EU) and DOM-TOM, custom duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be due. The payment of these taxes is the sole responsibility of the Customer, irrespective of the amount.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to notify us of your return or exchange request by filling out the form online through your customer account.

 

For a return within France, Andorra and Monaco:

For all orders delivered in Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco, whatever the volume of your order, your return is free of charge. You will receive a pre-paid return label once the return request has been validated by Jimjam Paris.

We will refund your purchase in full, including delivery costs if you return all of your purchased items.

For an exchange within France, Andorra and Monaco

After the items you wish to exchange have been returned to our warehouse and been validated for exchange (in accordance with our return and exchange conditions), an amount equal to the value of the product(s) returned will be credited to your customer account so that you can place your new order. Delivery costs of your new order will be free of charge. 

Returns and exchanges for deliveries outside of France, Andorra and Monaco:

Returns from abroad are to be paid by the customer. 

However, for an exchange from abroad, the delivery costs for ordering new products will be free of charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

(Our return and exchange procedure is included in the package of each order)

Register your return request

1) On our website www.jimjamparis.com, sign into your account and access the category “Order history and details” 

2) Tick the boxes of the item/or items that you wish to return or exchange

3) In the comments box, please confirm if you wish to return or exchange the relevant item(s)  and (if possible) indicate the reason of the return/exchange, then validate your return request  

4) Once your request for return has been approved by us, you will receive an email with a return form and a prepaid return postage slip - via Collissimo. Print those documents. 

For returns outside of France métropolitaine, Andorre et Monaco, the return is at your charge and there will not be a return postage slip.

5) Put the item(s) and the filled-out return form in their original packaging and close the package well. Please note that we  cannot process returns if the tickets have been removed and/ or the items are not in their original condition.

6) Drop the package at your local post office and use the prepaid Colissimo return slip. Keep the proof of posting. 

For returns outside of France métropolitaine, Andorre et Monaco, you will find the return address below. Please write it carefully on your package and keep the proof of posting.  Please return your items by recorded delivery. Lost packages cannot be reimbursed.
